Zero-Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy
PhysioFit Rehabilitation Services is committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional services. PhysioFit maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs or alcohol by any employee while providing services.
Employees are strictly prohibited from:
• Using, possessing, or being under the influence of alcohol while providing services.
• Using, possessing, or being under the influence of illegal drugs while providing services.
• Reporting for duty while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any medication that affects the ability to provide rehabilitation services safely.
Any employee found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate suspension and may face termination of their relationship with the company, as well as any additional action required by applicable law.
